This is a left over froglet from my froglet days during the beginning of Covid when nobody was buying any frogs whatsoever so I started working very small to conserve on materials because, hey, copper is expensive. In fact, when Covid hit, I was every other week taking my old copper scraps - which I hated to do - to the scrap yard for money.
Thus, the froglets were born, largely out of Covid. And I like the little fellas. I also like making them. I have a lot of fun making them, actually.
I sold most of my froglets, and I made a lot of them One of the hands of this one is black. I don't know how that happened. If you want me to change that, I can easily do it. But I left it that way because all my frogs have some sort of a flaw, some sort of a wart or something homely about them, which is part of the charm. I don't know that a black hand is very charming. But, like I say, I can change that detail easily enough. And, who knows? Someone might want him like that. All things are possible. That's how I think. Well, most things are possible. And the things that aren't possible probably should not be possible. Sorry to get philosophical on you. Blame the black hand. Like I say, I can change it. Or you could change it. Fact is, you could paint him if you wanted. Or get a friend who is good at painting to do so. I wouldn't mind. Copper has for centuries been used as a surface for painting on. It's respectable, even.
He's doing squats. That is what I think he is doing. Maybe if he does enough of them, his hand will feel better. Or maybe it's a tattoo.
One of the feet is raised, so maybe he is not doing squats after all. Maybe he is just pretending to do squats. I wouldn't put it past him. You know how these little guys are, always pulling something.
